Anne Calleja

 MSc DMS Dip EHP NLP PDCHyp MCIM MCIPD MBSCH

Over 25 years of experience working at Senior Level in Public, Private Sector and Education. Anne specialises primarily in working with Chief Executives, Main Boards of Directors and their Teams. Coaching, mentoring and facilitating. Through her many years of experience she has observed how effective people lead and manage. By 'modelling' these thinking styles, Anne enables Senior Managers to develop thinking strategies for effective leadership.

Anne has achieved great deal of credibility with Senior Managers and CEOs and is particularly skilled in linking Business strategy with action.

Her early career began studying consumer psychology followed by several roles in the Hotel and Service Sectors of industry and has worked and lived in Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and USA at Senior Level giving flexibility in approach and understands the key issues facing leaders working across cultures and in an international economy.

A licensed user of Psychometrics, member of the British Psychological Society (Level A&B), British Society for Clinical Hypnosis, a Licensed Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP. She also holds Practitioner Diplomas in Psychotherapy, Ericksonian and Clinical Hypnotherapy and uses these and other models to facilitate learning and change.

Anne is regularly asked to present on BBC Radio Oxford and works in Motor Sports to create winning teams and individuals.

Jenny Heather

MSc BSc RSA Certificate in Counselling MCIPD

Jenny has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors as a career and management development consultant within business and education. She is a trained counsellor and has specific expertise in executive coaching, individual career planning, running job search programmes, as well as in developing management counselling and stress management skills.

Nicky James

MCIPD, MCIM

Nicky James has had over 20 years experience in management development. Before becoming development specialist she was both a budget manager and personnel manager in the Ministry of Defence.

Nicky works with a variety of clients to develop managers from 1st line to Board level, in both the public & private sectors. In particular she works with Government helping the development of their Civil Service and the skills of their managers in a fast changing financial climate. She is a skilled facilitator and has many years experience as both a mentor & coach. On behalf of the Cabinet Office, she is currently a personal coach for those about to enter the Senior Civil Service.

Nicky is a also master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is accredited to use a variety of psychometric instruments e.g. MBTI steps 1 & 2, the Strength Deployment Inventory and the Team Management Systems Index. 

Stewart Wild

Msc MBASES

Stewart has extensive experience in exercise science and leisure management. During the last 15 years he has worked as a consultant for Premier Training & Development Ltd, Veritas Software and Cap Gemini and was the former Exercise advisor to Weight Watchers (UK) Ltd.

Formerly, the physiologist to the British Professional mountain bike team, Stewart also helped to establish the gym and managed the sports facility at Oxford University Sports complex.

Stewart is the founder of Formula Fitness. Specialising in Motor Sports coaching he works with a dedicated band of sporting professionals who have helped many elite athletes achieve their objectives.

Stewart holds an MSc in Exercise and Health behaviour, a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management. He is also a full member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) and a professional member of the Institute of Leisure and Amenities Management (ILAM).

Jan Cowan  

                          

Calm, insightful, a great facilitator’ are just a few ways that clients have described Jan. As a coach she helps organisations, teams and individuals understand and manage change, approaching everything that she does with a real sense of commitment in an open, straightforward and practical way.

Her work experience spans the financial services, insurance, public sector, retail and leisure. Prior to her consultancy work Jan worked for Maritz Ltd, globally the largest integrated Performance Improvement agency.

Jan has a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is a Chartered Marketer and is a practising accredited personal and team development coach.

Gordon Lamont  

                          

Gordon Lamont is an actor, director and writer who has worked in a number of training and development and consultancy roles. He devised and runs a popular BBC course, Developing Creative Content for New Media and offers creative facilitation for team building, problem solving and communication skills. His clients have included The Archers Productions Team, BBC Radio Drama, Channel 4, The DTI, 21CC (21st Century Classroom), The Arts Council,The DfES and many more.

Team building and communication exercises include, Radio Play in a Day, Video Promo Workshops, and Creative thinking labs. Gordon's specialism is in acting as a skilled outside facilitator who can motivate a team to try new things in new ways and gain a fresh perspective on their team, organisation and clients.

Katrina Patterson

MANLP

NLP Master Practitioner, Registered INLPTA NLP Trainer, Life and Executive Coach and Therapist  Over 20 years experience as a Researcher and Senior Manager. Introduced to NLP in 1989, she has been trained by or assisted on training with most of the leading US and UK NLP trainers. Katrina works with Lfi as an NLP Trainer and Coach, she brings a unique talent of creativity, use of metaphor and storytelling which enable people to rapidly take on board strategies which give them a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. 

Tim Winrow

                                          

Tim specialises in creating effective and efficient business operations in times of change and uncertainty by coaching and facilitating key managers to adapt their thinking and focus, to lead their teams to create success in new environments. Tim has worked both as a Senior Director and as a consultant, leading and supporting critical change initiatives in sectors where change is particularly difficult to achieve. Such experience has included both public and private sector organisations of all sizes, including organisations in transition from public to private sector.

Tim's clients' include: British Telecom, Glaxo, British Airways, NHS Hospitals, General Motors, Cable and Wireless, Celltech, SNCF (French Railways), ICL Computers, Indonesian International Telecoms Company, Clinical Research Organisations, UK Airports, a London Local Council and the biotech devices company PowderJect.

Steve has considerable experience in the field of behavioural change, is a dynamic trainer and coach with the ability to engage and inspire those he works with. He has real enthusiasm for developing the skills and capabilities of others and has brought his skills and experience to many of the leading retailers in the UK.

Steve spent twenty years working in retail operations, buying and merchandising and franchising where he held a variety of senior positions including a UK Board position with The Body Shop UK.

He works as an associate with Lfi on sales and management coaching, team leader, team working and specialist customer focused skills training.

Steve also specialises in the design and delivery of training and coaching programmes that enable salespeople, customer service people and their managers to perform at their maximum potential.

Having spent 20 years in sales and service delivery his focus now is on developing the attitudes and mindsets that distinguish outstanding performers from the rest. His supportive and incisive coaching also ensures that these attitudes and mindsets can be pragmatically brought to bear where it counts - in the workplace.
